De invloedrijke indierockgroep Grandaddy komt met een 20-jarige jubileum uitgave van hun doorbraak album 'Sumday'. Na vele jaren van schrijven en opnemen, bereikte de band met Sumday hun hoogtepunt. “Volgens journalisten waren we: onderschat, over het hoofd gezien, onbezongen. Het was absoluut een tumultueuze en spannende tijd voor ons. Ook erg vermoeiend,” aldus Jason Lytle.


Grandaddy is opgericht in 1992 en heeft vijf officiële albums uitgebracht, waaronder meest recentelijk Last Place in 2017. Grandaddy-leden zijn Jason Lytle, Aaron Burtch, Jim Fairchild, Tim Dryden en wijlen Kevin Garcia.
